Welcome to the Florida Surge Lacrosse Club. We are Florida’s most NCAA collegiate experienced staffed Lacrosse club.  What makes Florida Surge unique is our focus on training, our ability to develop players and teams, our expertise and knowledge within the college recruiting process, and our love and passion for Lacrosse.

I started the Florida Surge Lacrosse Club with the goal to develop the best Lacrosse players in Florida.   Florida arguably has some of the best athletes in the country.  Our unique training and Lacrosse education will allow each player to reach their fullest potential as an individual player therefore helping the team as a whole achieve greater successes.  We have developed a comprehensive long-term approach to Lacrosse development.  Players who have strong fundamentals can easily be taught strategy and higher-level skills.  Our goal is to ensure each player not only maximizes their individual skill potential, but learns how to play in a college oriented team system.  We prepare our players to play at the collegiate level.   

We take the approach of "less is more" with regards to the number of teams we will have.  Most clubs have numerous teams with the main goal of profits and not player and team development.  This is evident by the lack of preparation and development these programs provide.   Practicing two or three times before playing in tournaments (ESPECIALLY national recruiting tournaments) is a recipe for failure.
